Lemuria was an earthly paradise, often compared with Atlantis, although unlike the Atlanteans, the Lemurians were concerned with spirituality and ascension, and connection with the sacred earth. Today, some consider the Lemurians to inhabit a city called Telos within Mount Shasta. We can also communicate with the Lemurians using telepathy or through Lemurian Seed Crystals that have been programmed with ancient light-codes – energy signatures that we can pick up and interpret through out intuition.
