Everything we do, feel, sense or believe has an impact on the aura – creating different colours and energetic codes within us. These can be positive or negative – but if we end up with too many negative or lower frequencies within the energy body, the flow of life-force can be restricted or blocked. If a situation like that persists, we can become vulnerable to psychic attack, experience bad luck or poor health, and find it difficult to get fully grounded.
